PCSO Baker has seized an illegal e-bike and e-scooter that were being ridden on the public road and footpath. The e-bike was found to be capable of speeds of up to 46 km/h. Both riders were reported for driving without insurance.
Additionally, three delivery mopeds were seized on Wembley High Road. All three riders were reported for no insurance, and their vehicles were recovered to the vehicle pound. The riders will now incur significant recovery and storage costs to reclaim their vehicles.
In London Road, Wembley, two Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Warning Notices were issued to two males who were exhibiting rowdy and inconsiderate behaviour, littering the area, and found in possession of Class A drug paraphernalia. Their actions were causing nuisance and annoyance to residents.
A further two ASB Warning Notices were issued in King Edward VII Park, Wembley, to two males found consuming alcohol in breach of the local Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). The individuals were acting in a rowdy manner which was causing, or was likely to cause, harassment, alarm and distress to members of the public.
Reassurance visits were carried out to two businesses on High Road, Wembley, which are currently experiencing ongoing shoplifting incidents. During the visits, crime prevention advice and reassurance were provided to staff, and concerns regarding the recent thefts were discussed.
